Responsibilities

  • Booking of accruals, prepayments, and reversals based on an agreed schedule.
  • Ensure timely month-end close as per plan
  • Updating financial statements and reporting
  • Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Ensure completion of Overhead, Balance Sheet, and CAPEX Report on the 5th working day of the month

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, proficient in top accounting software and tools, and is typically responsible for training and supervising junior accountants

Skills

  • Proficient in Taxation in UK Accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge in preparing Financial Reports, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, MS-DOS/FOXPRO, Envoy V5, SAP, Al-Ameen, Oracle.
  • Proficient in SAP
  • EBS (12.0.4) and Xero Certified.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly financial reports covering balance sheet, profit and loss, internal management reports and cash flow statements.
  • Managing the general ledger, including reconciliation of the monthly balance sheet items, banking and inter-company transactions.
  • Completion of the monthly accruals, journals, fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
  • Weekly cash flow reporting.
  • Accurate processing and calculation of commissions.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly & year-end reporting, audit and compliance.
  • Assist with the annual budgeting and forecast process
