Co-Source, Co-Train, Co-Manage

We’re here to support you in Co-training, Co-managing, and Co-sourcing your offshore team. Our Account Management team handles Staff management, Reviews, and Co-ordination.

Replacement or Cancellation: You can replace staff or cancel engagements with an 8 weeks’ notice. We aim to replace talent within 2 to 6 weeks, or longer for senior roles.

Onboard Timeframe: Talent onboarding takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on the level. We’re dedicated to making your offshoring journey smooth and successful.
